· Options Available for All Models
RS232 Communications (Specify RS232 Option) Complete real-time RS232 communications is provided. Retrieval of monitor information and monitor function selections may be made through the front panel key pad or the RS232 port. The baud rate for communication is capable of being set from 400 to 9600 baud.
Event Monitor/Alarm Reporting/Special Function Controller Communications        (Specify -PO option) Two separate contact closures are provided which can drive two alarm or special function inputs. One contact closure automatically reports any function which has ben programmed to be monitored as a MESSAGE when such an event is detected. The second contact closure automatically reports any BULB OUT/HIGH CURRENT event when such an event is detected. (BULB OUT/HIGH CURRENT event reporting requires the installation of the Load Management System)
Security Code Protection (Specify -SC Option) A Security Code of four digits may be used to restrict entry into any monitor command which would result in changing of monitor operation or clearing of stored events. The Security Code is not needed to read stored information.
External Modem Communications       (Specify -EM Option) Complete real-time RS232 communications through a Hayes modem is provided. Retrieval of stored event records and setup information is possible through a Hayes modem from a remote location using a telephone line. Monitor function selections may be made through the Hayes modem. An RS232 port is provided on the monitor with this option.
Systems Communication (Contact TSC prior to Specification) Complete real-time RS232 communications through the controller unit using a shared communications protocol is provided. Retrieval of setup information is possible through the front panel key pad or through this Systems RS232 port. Monitor function selections may be made through the front panel key pad or the RS232 port. The baud rate for communication is capable of being set from 400 to 9600 baud. This option requires a user-defined communications protocol.
